Set the temperature and the wind. The clock shows how long bare skin lasts before it starts to freeze.

Risk levels and freezing times follow Environment and Climate Change Canada's wind chill guide. Wind chill uses the wind at 10 metres, so a sheltered street feels milder and an open coulee or highway feels worse. Children, older people and anyone wet or tired freeze faster. Once this tool is on the site, it fills in the West Lethbridge station's live reading.
